The lands of Satikw Crossing, also known as the Channel Lands, are lands owned by PIB locatees (land owners). While Kul Group is not directly involved in the business activity on Locatee lands we continue to do everything we can to make introductions to the individual land owners and provide support wherever we can. Work is underway to connect the bridge from Satikw Crossing to Green Mountain Road, thereby opening up significant economic opportunity to this highly visible and valuable stretch of land right along Highway 97. Satikw Crossing will connect the economies of Penticton Indian Band (PIB) with the City of Penticton, and by association, with those of the greater South Okanagan.
